Refund policy

Damaged items and items that do not meet your expectations can be returned within 7 days. (The GTC differ due to COVID19 !!!)

Return form

Here you can get the return form as a PDF. Make sure to include this fully completed return form with every return. Returns cannot be processed without this return slip, or only with a considerable delay. In the case of reimbursements, please ensure that you also enclose a declaration of cancellation signed by you (section "Cancellation form"): Download link return form.

Claim

In order to be able to process this process as quickly and easily as possible, send us an email with pictures and a brief description of how the defect / defect arose.

Exchange

You can exchange unused products within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please contact us by email in order to process the exchange process as quickly as possible.

Revoke purchase

You can find detailed details on the terms of cancellation and return in our declaration of cancellation under "III. Right of cancellation for consumers" in the terms and conditions.

Payment methods for refunds

As soon as we have received the return and checked it, we will refund the amount. The reimbursement varies depending on the payment method and is made within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Prepayment: The credit will be transferred to the bank account from which your transfer to us was made.

PayPal: The credit is made to the PayPal account you are using. You can decide yourself with PayPal whether the amount will be deposited in your PayPal account or returned to your bank account.

SOFORT Überweisung: If you have made the payment with SOFORT Überweisung, we need the details of the account recipient to transfer the credit.

PAYONE: The credit is made to the PAYONE account you use.
