Payment by Paypal
You can pay safely and easily with us via PayPal. At the end of the ordering process you will be forwarded directly to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and make the payment. If you are new to PayPal you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. As soon as we have received your payment, usually within a few minutes, your order will be processed immediately. If payment is made before 9 a.m. Monday to Friday, the order will be dispatched on the same day. If you return one or more articles, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited back to your PayPal account.

Please make sure that you cannot pay for tobacco products with PayPal.
Purchase on invoice
Purchase on account is also possible for new customers up to € 400. You pay conveniently 14 days after receipt of the goods to the account specified on the invoice.
Payment via SOFORT
You can also pay safely and conveniently with us by SOFORT transfer. If you have selected SOFORT Überweisung as the payment method, you will be forwarded to an already completed transfer form. Check the payee and transfer amount and select your bank using the sort code. In the next step, enter your usual access data for online banking in a secure payment form. From there the data will be forwarded to your bank. As usual, you will receive a one-time valid TAN from your bank, for example by smartphone. If you confirm the transfer by entering your TAN, you will receive a summary of all data relating to the purchase.
Payment in advance
If you pay in advance, your order will be processed as soon as we have received your payment. When making the transfer, please make sure to include your order number in the intended use and always transfer it separately for different orders. Depending on the bank, it can take between two to four working days for us to receive your payment. The goods you have ordered will be reserved for you until your payment has been received (however a maximum of 7 days). If you return one or more articles, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited back to the bank account from which you transferred.

Payment reminder
Of course we know that something can quickly go under in everyday life. Therefore, if you have received a payment reminder from us, we ask you to check the following:
1. When did you transfer the money to us?
Please allow 5 working days until we have booked the payment for you. You will then automatically receive an email from us to confirm your payment.
2. Did you state the purpose correctly?
When making a transfer, please make sure that only the relevant order number is stated in the intended use. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service and have the correct order number and the purpose you are using ready.
3. Have you transferred several orders together?
If you have paid the outstanding invoice amounts for several orders by bank transfer, it is quite possible that we could not assign the amounts to the individual orders. In this case, please contact our customer service and provide the relevant order number and the stated purpose.
4. Did you forget to transfer the outstanding invoice amount?
Please transfer this as soon as possible, stating your order number, to the following account:

Shipping time
If you order before 9 a.m., we will process the order the same day. As a rule, you will receive your goods within 3-5 working days in Germany and within 5-7 days for deliveries abroad. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Shipping partner
The dispatch takes place within Austria and Germany with Hermes. Hermes offers you a shipment tracking system on its homepage. You will receive the shipment number required for this from us or the logistics service provider with the shipping confirmation.

Deliveries abroad (Germany, EU countries): flat rate 9.80 EUR (including statutory VAT)
From a goods value of 99.00 euros, we deliver free of charge throughout Germany.
We currently send our packages exclusively with the shipping service provider Hermes
